A jármű egy a Saipan partjainál a homokba süllyedt M4A2. Mikor az első fotóra rátaláltam az Interneten, eldöntöttem, ezt mindenképp megcsinálom. Sajnos 1/72-ben nem sok látszódna a részletekből. 1/48-ban se megfelelő M4A2, se motor, se figurák nem kaphatóak, így maradt a 1/35-s lépték.
The vehicle is a M4A2 sunk at Saipan beach. The first photo I saw on the internet, I decide to do that anyway. Sadly in 1/72nd scale not much detail can be seen. In 1/48th scale I neither can find a suitable M4A2, nor the engine and figures, so I sticked with the 1/35th scale.

A korallt 2 féle NOCH termékből és vasreszelékből készítettem, melyet faragasztóval rögzítettem. A test felső részén csak a vasreszeléket használtam, így tettem változatossá a felületet. A torony és a löveg tömítőpasztával lett "rohasztva".
The corall is made of 2 different NOCH products, and some iron-filings is glued with PVA glue. On the top of the body, I used only iron-filings, this way I made the surface diverse. The turret and the gun was "rotten" by plastic filler.

A festésnél az akrill alapozás után több réteg olajfestéket vittem fel a felületre, némi pigmenttel bolondítva.
